Ocotillo Apartments strives to maintain transparent and fair cancellation and refund guidelines for all short-term guests and residential applicants. Understanding our financial policies ensures a smooth and reliable reservation process from start to finish.
For nightly and weekly short-term stays booked through our direct booking engine or partner portals, cancellations made within the specified timeframe prior to check-in are eligible for a full or partial refund, minus applicable processing fees.
Security deposits collected at check-in (cash or card) are fully refundable upon departure, provided the room and its amenities are inspected and found free of damage, excessive cleaning requirements, or policy violations.
Application fees, background screening charges, and specific housing deposits related to our community SRO programs are subject to our standard intake terms. Please contact our front desk directly for detailed inquiries regarding specific reservation refunds.
